安吉·迪金森，以美腿闻名的性格女星，最早是因为参加选美会夺魁而为星探发掘。她在二十三岁那年初登银幕，前几年演的都是一些名不经传的二三流小角色。一直到1959年为导演霍华赫克斯重用，以西部片经典作《赤胆屠龙》脱颖而出。迪克金森在好莱坞演出各类影片，却鲜少有个人特色，一般都是烘托片中的男主角，只有1980年在《剃刀边缘》中的大胆全裸演出令人留下极深印象。反而她在70年代主要转往电视发展后主演了《红粉女金刚》等影集，知名度更为响亮。[1]
