我在参加工作之前向一个前辈请教过职场建议，他想了想对我说“学会偷懒”，当时我只是从字面上去理解，以为他是在说如果工作太忙了就偷个懒放松下，或者只是开个玩笑。

后来我工作后认识了同事大雄，我是真心实意地也想建议他“学会偷懒”。

大雄是在传统行业工作了几年后跳槽来互联网公司的，工资肯定是涨了两倍不止，而且工作环境也是质的飞跃，但传统行业出身的人往往不太适应互联网节奏，呆不久。

所以大雄对这份工作的珍惜程度之高是写在脸上的，他想留下站稳脚跟，但拼命融入的劲头反而起到了反效果。

虽然在预算充足的甲方公司可以找到很多专业的供应商，但大雄为了表现自己的“努力”，几乎事事亲力亲为，出街的几十篇文案自己写，做视频项目的素材甚至都主动请缨自己拍。

我们公司非常忙，每个人的工作都处在超负荷状态，所以偶尔找同事分担是必不可少的，而大雄是不等别人找他，他主动到处去问有没有需要他帮忙的项目，于是我经常在大大小小的项目中看到大雄的身影。

虽然是在一个以加班为常态的公司，但大雄在同事们眼里都属于“太过了”的状态。

但一年过去，大雄的绩效却垫底了。

因为他交出的工作成果都太平庸，甚至经常因为事情太多手忙脚乱而犯错，任劳任怨的大雄，除了得到一句“他是个好人”的评价之外，得不到广泛的认可。

我想劝大雄这种心态的职场人“偷懒”，不是说要逃避责任、游手好闲，而是懂得提高效率、学会取舍、分清主次，该分工合作的就分工，不该自己掺和的不要掺和。

我很佩服会“偷懒”的人，比如阿闯，他是很年轻的95后，但在公司升职很快，工作不到三年就已经开始带小十人的团队了。

忙到焦头烂额的时候，我会仔细地观察阿闯的状态，发现他把生活和工作平衡得很好，不仅负责的业务一直出业绩，而且日常吃喝玩乐都没落下，反而是业绩越一般的人越爱抱怨“没时间”。

是因为阿闯做领导以后就闲了吗？不是的，其实小领导上下都得负责，任务会更繁重。

后来我向阿闯请教了一番工作经验，他的建议是“专业的事情，交给专业的人做”，不要认为自己处处比别人优秀，不过多干涉自己不懂的领域，不擅长的就交给更专业的同事或供应商去做。

生活里永远不缺独断专行、固执己见的人，缺的是阿闯的“偷懒之道”：给别人机会的同时，也解放了一部分时间和精力，去做自己更擅长的事情。
